As a certified life coach specializing in career guidance, I specialize in desire mapping and daring greatly. After completing Marie Forleo’s B-School, I attended a certification workshop on overcoming money blocks. I have a background in Mindfulness-Based Meditation and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. I obtained my RYT-200 in Asheville, NC, and an RYT-300 in Kripalu. This combination of skills lets me personalize coaching sessions for long-lasting results.
